The 2025 Holistic Health and Well-Being Conference will be a unique experience that includes evidence-based overviews of a variety of holistic approaches for mind, body, and spirit well-being. The purpose of this conference is to provide participants with a variety of strategies for self-care which can be incorporated in their practice and inspire whole person care. There will be an opportunity for experiential learning. The latest research on planetary health, sustainable living, anxiety, depression, resilience, mindfulness, stress management, nutrition, and health behavior change will be presented by expert clinicians and researchers.
